You guys give very good advice! Thanks! Yeah, I just had a bad day, which are few and far between these days.
But yeah I am active (gym, dance and boxing classes). As far as jars go, I got one for coins and another for happy thoughts. That's something I started at the beginning of the year and it is full now. I just write a good thing that happened on a piece of paper and put it in. I did the happy thoughts jar thing instead of New Year Resolutions cause I know the jar will act like a reminder of good stuff.
And I think my story atm is familiar because I'm living that moment in every adult's life where they're about to leave the bird's nest. My current situation won't last forever. Personally, I have grown to love change (good ones that is, lol!)
