I got the answer from DERMAdoctor and thanked them, wrote a few notes, ran errands with dad (Price = Caisse Desjardins [i stayed in the car] Rimouski = 13:30 appointment with my aesthetician [he ran 1 errand then waited] + the biggest Jean Coutu [he stayed in the car] + Walmart + St-Hubert [i stayed in the car] Mont-Joli = Ma Cabane En Gaspesie [i stayed in the car] + IGA + Shell [i stayed in the car]), watched Dr Phil at 18:00, Judge Judy at 19:00 and wrote more notes. It was a very bad night and a very bad day.
