Yesterday I went to bed at 2:58 and got up at 12:00. I contacted SFS for a two-hundred-fifth time, watched Judge Judy at 16:00 and Dr Phil at 17:00 (turn it off before the second half started - normally would of kept watching that boring stuff but what he said to the 2 women made me angry). It was a bad night and a very bad day.
