Trying to reduce stress for 10 minutes is harder than we think, particularly in busy families and workplaces. Trying to switch off from commitments and work assignments may feel impossible - so theres only one thing which works for me - taking a walk!
It's great, combining relaxation with weight loss and exercise and clearing your head so you can focus on that one small important task you have to get done by the end of the day! It's usually quite motivating!
