That is an *awesome* idea, BellaShorts - walking is so good for you for so many reasons. It helps you to build muscle tone, gives you some aerobic exercise and really does help clear your mind! I definitely recommend that anybody who does not go for a walk at least 3 times a week spin by our walking forum to get ideas.
