I love these classic sandwiches! Roast beef and mustard...mmmmm!

Dill and onion on steamed catfish nuggets, smooshed with tartar sauce and served on a sourdough roll with melted cheese.

(Not as toothsome as Cassie's lightly battered whitefish, but I still like it! It's kind of like a catfish salad.)
