I don't know if there is such a thing but I couldn't think of an "S" sandwich. So I looked it up and there are such sandwiches! Street tortas are filled with refried beans and melted cheese stuffed into a bolillo, a small French bread-type roll. Take out some of the white bread filling and spread with beans and cheese. Grill or wrap in foil and place under broiler to heat. Then, fill with sliced ham or pork and top with pickled jalapenos and cabbage.
