Yesterday I had Selection orange juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter), meat and vegetable boiled (4 slices of fondue beef [out the freezer the day before] + frozen cauliflower [eaten with butter - used to have broccoli in that bag too]), a Minions Kinder Surprise, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, Coaticook butterscotch ice cream, two boiled (the same day by mom) and four uncooked white potatoes pan fried in butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Selection orange juice, Pepsi, water and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter), coleslaw (green cabbage + miracle whip) and Cordon Bleu meatballs and round potatoes in gravy (did not eat all that - it tasted super dry), a Minions Kinder Surprise, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, Coaticook butterscotch ice cream, four or five uncooked potatoes and one boiled (by mom that day) white potato pan fried in butter and onion salt and one white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter and one egg scrambled on it.

Yesterday I had Selection orange juice, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with a fresh white bread baked and cut at IGA (no crusts - butter), meat and vegetables boiled (4 slices of what was a pork roast [out the freezer the day before] + 1 white potato + 1 carrot - vegs eaten with butter), cookies made by mom (made a mistake at first she used the dough of chocolate chips but some she added raisins and this is what i first bit into so did not finish that 1 and ate at least 1 of the others), white rice with white mushrooms and pieces of green onions (cut and washed by mom a few days ago) pan fried in butter and tomato paste, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

Yesterday I had Selection apple juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one fried egg (ate the yolk with the white of a gadoua slice), a fried egg with the rest of the vegetable oil used for the first egg (eaten the same way), two original and three onion flavored Cavendish potato patties with ketchup (did not eat the sides), some of the pasta leftovers, three uncooked and one cooked (boiled by mom the day or 2 days before) pan fried in onion salt and butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.

Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi, water and Ginger Ale with one toast made with the white bread (no crusts - butter), Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, some of a extra cheese and sauce poutine from Cantine Sainte-Flavie, some icing (made a little bit with milk and icing sugar - just tasted it until it was to my liking), almost all the rest of the poutine (only less than 10 maybe 5 bites remained so did not put in the fridge), the icing (it helped me take a pill), three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and some of the pasta leftovers.
