I have this book and keep it by my desk. the thing is, i do forget to use it. I have to keep a timer right here to remind me to get up, stretch and do non-computer things every half hour.
Great review! However, i am all about the blankie and short nap - it's not a bad thing. (if you work at home that is, or in an enlightened office with a nap room - which i have seen).
