I also drink lots of water and green tea. It keeps the impurities flushed out and green tea boosts the metabolism. It also helps fill you up so you aren't hungry.
I concur with Joan here. Green tea will boost your metabolism and also kill any mid-day appetite. I prefer Yerba Mate
most of the time though. It has a majority of the same stuff in green tea, but I prefer the taste and you can get it flavored.
