ok hun...this is what u need to do..PAY ATTENTION! <img src="/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
choose the address of the pic u want in ur avator. u can find this by right clicking on the pic u want n getting the address which is diplayed as 'properties'.
then, with ur address, go in2 'change/update profile' in ur PM section. there u can scroll down to the avator settings. all u need to do is enter ur adress of the pic riiiiite at the bottom of the page. there'll be a white long box to pop it in.
then u need to click 'set url' button next to it.then u shud click the 'ok' button at the top of the page where ur a preview of ur pic will be displayed.
if ur pic comes up with a red cross, choose a diff pic coz sum don't link properly. n i found pics from Geocities always screw up so avoid those <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
