Yesterday, Warner Bros. named Ann Sarnoff its new chairwoman and CEO. She is the first female to head the studio in its history. Sarnoff is currently the president of BBC Studios Americas, where she helped launch its streaming service BritBox. Warners is also setting up its own streaming channel. Sarnoff intends to focus on innovation and collaboration in her new position.
