You know, to make it simpler, I am going to move this thread entirely out of the low carb forum. Your daily diet is not even remotely related to low carb or healthy eating, and having it in the low carb forum makes no sense.
I'm going to move it to home cooking since you are always cooking at home. That way it fits properly with the area it is in.
I'll do that right now.

UPDATE ON THIS THREAD:
This thread was originally begun in the Low Carb forum area explicitly to help people eat a more low carb diet plan.
Over time Nancy Roussy began to use it primarily to track her daily eating log.
Nancy DOES NOT eat a low carb diet. Nancy eats in a way which is extremely high in carbs and sugars, while being low on nutrition.
Therefore we have moved this entire thread to the generic Home Cooking area. This is the forum area about all various styles of home cooking. This is the proper area to feature Nancy's chosen style of diet.
Ask with any questions!

Can you put back the original title of the thread?
I started doing these postings in the morning because I thought it was fun; if I wanted to only post about myself I would of started a thread in the journal section of started a blog somewhere.
This is for everyone hence the "What's you Typical Daily Menu?" title.

Yesterday I had Selection orange juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one Pom english muffin (butter), the rest of the food made by mom, candies, Frank wavy nature chips, some of the pasta leftovers and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and one egg with Philadelphia scrambled in the grease and butter.
I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.
