Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one fried egg (did not eat the whites - started with a slice of a bread from a small bakery of my province but i hated it so got 1 from a Gadoua white bread - no crusts), the brussel sprouts leftovers with butter, Coaticook caramel ice cream, one of the last two Star Wars Kraft Dinner (the 1 with Yoda - 2016 was expired but it was still good to eat) with white mushrooms and pieces of a small yellow onion pan fried in butter and olive oil and vegetable oil (put the rest in the fridge), Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, No Name pretzel sticks, five white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.
