Had lots of issues with the first post and I thought it was not posted after several wasted minutes so I got rid of what I had written so I cannot write it now!

Wow that was weird not doing that yesterday morning!

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one toast made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter and composed sugar), meat and vegetables boiled (2 slices of what was a beef roast [out the freezer the same day] + part of the rest of the rutabaga and part of a broccoli - vegs eaten with butter), a Minions Kinder Surprise, seven white uncooked potatoes with pieces of a small yellow onion pan fried in butter and olive oil and vegetable oil and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter and olive oil and vegetable oil, Ruffles salt and vinegar chips, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.
