Yesterday I had Orange Maison grape juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one toast made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter and sugar spread), two slices of what was a pork roast cooked in butter and olive oil then three white boiled by mom potatoes pan fried in the grease, Les Aliments M&M potato nuggets with ketchup.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Orange Maison grape juice, Pepsi, Ginger Ale and water with two toasts made with D'italiano white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter and sugar spread), one dill pickle, Compliments vegetable soup (the rest was put in the fridge), four white boiled by mom potatoes pan fried in butter and one white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter then one egg scrambled on it, Philadelphia cheese, five white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

I forgot to mention that for the soup (was the first time trying it - did not have a good feeling about it but was pleasantly surprised) that I did not eat the corn, green beans, celery and chunks of tomato.
