For me, this is a reminder that I should not be idle unless I am retiring my purpose/mission, my personal/spiritual growth, my efforts at Whole Health.

What does it mean for you?

For me it means getting up at a comfortable time and not jarred awake by an alarm. It means setting my own pace during the day. I feel comfortable in retirement.

Today's Inspiring Message:

You might be a people pleaser...if you are constantly trying to make everyone else comfortable. Every character has it's good points and its shadow values. As a people pleaser, you may want to ask yourself, why do I want to make everyone happy? Is it about their comfort or is it that I want others to like what I am doing (it's easy to start with one reason & accidentally slide into the other)? What characteristics do you want to embody, regardless of what others think?

For me, I'm always working on being kind. That's how I want to be treated, too - with kindness. I've found, living in a big family, that's it's not always easy.
