Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts with the five days old white bread (the rest of it - no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter and butter syrup), part of a Ludo peperoni pizza (ttok off the end of the crust + peperoni after it was cooked + added shredded P'tit Quebec mozzarella cheese), Coaticook chocolate ice cream, four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and onion salt and one white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter and onion then with an egg scrambled on it, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips.

I also took omega-3 (gummies for adults).
