Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with the three days old white bread (no crusts - butter), icing made by mom, white cake dough made by mom, fried rice (vegetable oil + white mushrooms + scallops + white rice + green onions + soya sauce) and a salad (iceberg lettuce + 15% cream), one cup cake made by mom, another cup cake with icing, two slices of bacon and five white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch and Pepsi with one toast made with the four days old white bread (no crusts - butter), the fried rice leftovers and a salad (15% cream + iceberg lettuce), two cup cakes with icing, two slices of bacon and four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and pieces of a green onion fried in the grease and butter with a egg scrambled with it, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and the grease and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.

Yesterday I had Oasis orange juice, Pepsi and Coke with one toast made with the five days old white bread (no crusts - butter), a salad (iceberg lettuce + 15% cream), food from McDonald's (a big mac trio - like almost always i took off the top of the bread where the seeds are [never mentioned it before i think]) and Les Aliments M&M three cheese pasta bake.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch and Pepsi with two toasts made with fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), meat and vegetable (2 slices that was part of a pork roast [it was in the freezer] + brussel sprouts [Selection or Compliments] + 2 nantes carrots + another part of the cauliflower + a white potato), the rest of the icing, Dainty chicken rice (added butter before + during + after the cooking), three Les Aliments M&M potato patties (did not eat the sides) with ketchup, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one scrambled egg, part of a salad made by mom (iceberg lettuce + parts of green onions [these were in a small containers - she used all what was left] + 15% cream), Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, Coaticook vanilla ice cream, a poutine (Les Aliments M&M wavy fries + the rest of the poutine sauce + the rest of the curds), a quarter of a peperoni Ludo pizza with added P'tit Quebec shredded mozzarella cheese (took all the peperoni and end of crust of the pizza after cutting it), two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.
