One of the advantages of a to-do list is it allows you to clear your mind and focus on each task individually, instead of using your short term memory to keep track of tasks.

In my case, I find an web based to-do list works very well, as I can access it from any (internet enabled) location. This is especially helpful when I am moving from place to place to complete work.

One of my favorites is toodledo.com. This is pretty simple, you just add your tasks, and check them off as you finish. You can also share them with others for networking purposes.

Another one I use to keep track of longer term tasks and goals is actually more of a networking site, pathconnect.com. It has unique features to allow interaction between people with similar tasks and goals.

To get to do list works, we must change our habits. If habits remain, then to do list is just a formality.

For myself, I let my emotional guidance system to show me what I enjoys doing the most and spends most of my time to do it.

So in a way, I don't have a to do list. If my subconscious mind is in tune with my outter list, then naturally I will find myself spend time to do it.

yeah i use "to do" thing to complete my work on the same day efficiently and it works too

Along with to do list, abc analysis is important.

Definitely to do list is the very powerful tool in daily life
if we use it properly then nothing is impossible

Sometimes. I should always have one because I forget easily. Like when I go shopping and I do not bring a list with me I often forget at least one thing.
