I wish I knew myself, I had people explain it to me but I have yet to understand it! This is the only place where I have no idea how to add a picture to my profile  !

I tried to add the correct sized pic to my Edit Profile, with no success.
I hesitate to bother Lisa with something so not important right now...but I want my photo! LOL

I think I've just managed to do it correctly. I use a Mac, so I just resized my site profile pic in Preview to 100x100 pixels. Uploaded it to the Public folder of my Dropbox so I could get a URL to it, and then pasted that into the space in 'Edit Profile' and hit 'Submit.' :)
