Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, all dressed pizza (took out the green peppers and peperoni) and fries (with ketchup) from Pizzeria Le Marquis, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, Selection alfredo broccoli lasagna, spaghetti with tomato juice, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yes indeed! Music for the soul!

Fantastic musical experience. Wow! He's really nice on the eyes too...The music is universal. This concert is in Germany. No comprendo. LOL

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, some of the restaurant leftovers (still took out the peperoni and green peppers + took the fries with ketchup) and St-Hubert coleslaw, Ritz original cookies, Lay's wavy nature chips, shells with one green onion and white mushrooms pan fried in olive oil and tomato paste, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, three Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestrings, Ritz original cookies, Lay's wavy nature chips, spaghetti with green onions and white mushrooms pan fried in butter and tomato paste, part of an Aero, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - 2 with butter + 1 with butter and coconut spread), one Gala apple, a salad (15% cream + iceburg lettuce) and four Les Aliments M&M patties with ketchup, two raw pre-cut Pillsbury Minions sugar cookies, white rice with green onions pan fried in olive oil and tomato paste, Lay's wavy nature chips, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Potato patties (i so cant wait for that technical issues of keyboard keys skipping to be OVER!!!!!!!!!).
