Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter and maple caramel + 1 with butter + 1 with butter and maple caramel), one lobster, white onion pieces and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, Christie premium plus salted top crackers, Blue Menu virginia in shells peanuts (taken out a few days [2 or 3 i think] ago then with salt), one Gala apple, macaroni with tomato paste, Les Aliments shoestring fries with ketchup and Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Caramel Rice Cake with peanut butter and jelly. Lots of coffee and almond milk sweetened with stevia. Lunch was diet Dr. Pepper, mashed potatoes with Cajun Sparkle and butter on top. Dinner will probably be something equally bad.

I'm going to make an attempt today to not be so hugely horrid with what I eat. Breakfast was a lot of coffee and almond milk with sliced pears. Late morning snack was a small bowl of Rice Krispies with almond milk. For lunch I have some raviolis and I will have a small bowl of that. Not sure what my late afternoon snack is going to be yet. Supper will be a big huge bowl of beans I've had cooking all morning. Evening snack is still up for debate. Loads of water and absolutely NO DIET SODA. <--- Really been trying to fool myself with that. Diet soda is full of salt and slt retains water so no way Jose.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I made some roast beef, gravy, potatoes and green beans. Yum. That was late...but I stay up in the night, so that was dinner for me. I need to get some Kraft Mac and Cheese. My fave!
