Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), Christie premium plus salted top crackers, some of the pasta leftovers, Blue Menue virginia in shells peanuts (out of the shells and with salt too), all dressed pizza (took out the green peppers and peperoni) and fries (with ketchup) from Le Normandin, part of a caramel Aero, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.
I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

I had a sloppy joe, some egg salad and pasta salad and more grapefruit juice with salt. What I really wanted was a thick juicy prime rib and a large baked potato with all the trimings.

Yesterday I had Pepsi, water and Ginger Ale with Christie premium plus salted top crackers, Les Aliments M&M poutine, original orange Skittles, white rice with tomato juice, crunchy Cheetos, three small pork chops and St-Hubert traditional coleslaw, Froot Loops (like chips), two small egg sandwiches (1 scrambled egg + mustard) and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the pork grease and butter.
I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Not sure what I'll have today, but I'll think it over. So many choices, so little time.

Breakfast was a toaster pop up -- S'Mores with coffee and soy milk. Lunch was BBQ chicken, cauliflower, peach cobbler, and iced tea. Supper will be soup and a biscuit. Snack tonight will be 1 c. of sugar free jello or a cup of raspberry fat free yogurt. Drinks will be lots of water and possibly some orange or apple juice.

Hmmm...That sounds good daisybun. I'm not sure what I'm going to eat yet. I haven't slept. That's going to make decisions harder to come by today.
