Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with L'Authentico D'Italiano white bread (no crusts - butter), one Golden Delicious apple, another part of the English cucumber with a Les Aliments M&M poutine, Christie premium plus salted tops crackers, Vadeboncoeur milk chocolate easter size bites, Christie premium plus salted tops crackers, a cheeseburger with mustard and part of a small poutine with extra cheese and sauce from Casse-Croûte La Bonne-Bouffe and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.
I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with three toasts made with L'Authentico D'Italiano white bread (no crusts - butter + maple caramel), the poutine leftovers, Froot Loops (just like it was chips), all dressed pizza made by a friend (took off the green peppers and some of the peperoni) and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.
I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had Simply Grapefruit juice on ice with some salt. Yum. Nibbled all day. Made pork chops, potatoes and gravy and green beans. Mmmmm....

Well, some simply grapefruit over ice with salt, some pickled cauliflower mix and a pickle. Later maybe I'll have a sandwich. I was too tired to make anything so I opted for easy.
