I haven't had anything yet even though you've told me over and over to eat something within 30 minutes of awakening.
I'll sip some water and decide. Just read some fantastic breakfast recipes online: Baked eggs in avocado, baked spiced grapefruit, eggs in spicy tomato sauce with chickpeas. Who knew breakfast could be so interesting?
EAS protein shake for breakfast, and now having Triscuits with cheese and salsa. An odd craving. I like to think they're sort-of healthy How are you doing today?
