Having my morning EAS protein shake with chewy vitamins, although I'm out of the multi-vitamin and the fish oils. Need to go shopping! smile How are you doing today? I have sushi in the fridge for lunch - Bob brought it home for me late last night.

Just waking up - had my EAS protein shake + vitamins and now thinking about the leftover corned beef & cabbage. How are you doing?

I haven't had anything yet even though you've told me over and over to eat something within 30 minutes of awakening.

I'll sip some water and decide. Just read some fantastic breakfast recipes online: Baked eggs in avocado, baked spiced grapefruit, eggs in spicy tomato sauce with chickpeas. Who knew breakfast could be so interesting?

EAS protein shake for breakfast, and now having Triscuits with cheese and salsa. An odd craving. I like to think they're sort-of healthy smile How are you doing today?
