Yesterday I had apple juice (the IGA name brand), Pepsi and Orange Crush with three toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter and corn syrup + 1 with butter), the rice leftovers, Coaticook chocolate ice cream, Les Aliments M&M potato patties and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had orange juice (the IGA name brand), Pepsi and Orange Crush with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter), a part of a carrot, the rest of that carrot and white potatoes mashed with four pork sandwich steaks, Freddo milk chocolate santas, white mushrooms and one green onion pan fried in butter with Kraft Dinner sea life shaped pasta and Selection potato sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had grape juice (the IGA name brand) and Pepsi with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), bread and sauce with poutine from St-Hubert, Selection potato sticks, part of an Aero, some of the pasta leftovers and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had peach juice (the IGA name brand), Pepsi and Orange Crush with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), fries (with ketchup) and all dressed pizza (took out the green peppers and pepperoni + mom gave me mushrooms from a slice of hers) from Le Normandin, Selection potato sticks, Fredddo milk chocolate santas, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, spaghetti with one green onion and white mushrooms pan fried in butter and cheese and sauce made by a friend and one half a Gadoua nature bagel with Philadelphia original cream cheese.
