Hi there!
My osteoporosis resulted from a rather early complete hysterectomy in 1983 due to extreme endometriosis. Now almost 30 years later there are days it is difficult to walk.
But I keep on keeping on. I do have to note that I have 5 sisters and 3 of them as well as my mother also deal with osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia. My youngest sisters (twins) are in their mid 40s and just beginning to have pain issues.
It sounds like the women of my family may have a hereditary tendency toward such issues.
How do you handle the pain and keep going? I'm always open to exercises, tips and therapies.
