I just recently used that phrase.
--------------------------------------
I read an article that talked about starting and stopping, starting and stopping. It talked about how people get caught up in the planning stage and process, but never really starting or beginning the task at hand.
I am one of those people. I am always planning but now I have moved into the starting part of executing what I have planned
It was a great article and helped me to see what I needed to change for me.
So I created a blog where I have committed to writing everyday about the accomplishments and failures the motivation and procrastination. I am also using it to catch all the little things that get in my way of production. I have found that I can write freely to myself and carry on a conversation about how well I did that day or that moment or even that week.
I have created it to be a place where I can evaluate myself and what I have done on a daily basis which leads me to
Today being the rest of my life.
The title of my blog is -
My Daily Blog and the first post I wrote was titled
Day One of the Rest of My Life And so now when I get up in the morning, no matter what has happened or didn't happen the days and years before, I consider everyday to be the day of the rest of my life. So yes
Todayis always the rest of my life.
I find inspiration and encouragement in that truth.
