Today, I spent time great one-on-one time with my 3 year old. Then, I shared her with my husband.

The change noted that will affect the rest of my life, amidst all that fun, I found time to make plans for Fall Education for my entire family. I used my family mission statement and developed the plans based on the needs and desires of each family member.

I feel accomplished and renewed. I hope this marks a great start to the rest of each our lives.

Today, I turn 37yrs young. For the past year I have been on a spiritual journey of healing and cleansing. So for the first day of the rest of my life, I'm going to congratulate myself for making it this far (when there was a time I never expected to live to see this day). Kris

I have a lot of challenges in my life right now, but I hope in time I can live by my boyfriend's example when he was alive. He lived life to the fullest, enjoying every moment he could even when he didn't feel all that well. Both times he had his heart attacks he was playing volleyball, a game he loved and played for 30 years. You could not keep the man down. The second attack did him in, but he enjoyed his last active moments to the fullest. That man knew how to live and make the most of his time here. I will always admire him for that.

I just recently used that phrase.
--------------------------------------
I read an article that talked about starting and stopping, starting and stopping. It talked about how people get caught up in the planning stage and process, but never really starting or beginning the task at hand.

I am one of those people. I am always planning but now I have moved into the starting part of executing what I have planned
It was a great article and helped me to see what I needed to change for me.

So I created a blog where I have committed to writing everyday about the accomplishments and failures the motivation and procrastination. I am also using it to catch all the little things that get in my way of production. I have found that I can write freely to myself and carry on a conversation about how well I did that day or that moment or even that week.

I have created it to be a place where I can evaluate myself and what I have done on a daily basis which leads me to Today being the rest of my life.

The title of my blog is - My Daily Blog and the first post I wrote was titled Day One of the Rest of My Life

And so now when I get up in the morning, no matter what has happened or didn't happen the days and years before, I consider everyday to be the day of the rest of my life. So yes Todayis always the rest of my life.

I find inspiration and encouragement in that truth.

Grace,

I love that. Your blog is an amazing idea, I do it in a journal. Every morning that I make time to write in it, I remind myself that the slate is clean. I am being given a new start with the first day of the rest of my life.

It's amazing what that realization will bring. I'll check into your blog Grace.

Blessing in your endeavors and on your journey.
