Vitamins for hair

I have a horrible diet because of migrane headaches. I have been on this diet since December and my latest problem is my hair is falling out. I have purchased some Hair Skin & Nails vitamins which have Biotin, Collagen & Gelatin in them. Is there something else that I could take to help with my hair loss? Thanks! Connie

Biotin You can buy it at walmart for like $6 and you get 120 pills. It is for hair/skin/nails It made my nails grow pretty quick and alot stronger.
