This carb lovers meal is probably not for everybody but I really love it. It's one of my favorites and I've been eating it more lately.
Black Bean Spinach Wrap 1/4 cup black beans (heated and mashed with fork) 1/2 cup raw spinach chopped 2 tbsp feta cheese 1 tbsp all natural salsa 1/4 avocado 1 medium tortilla (heated in pan no oil or spray)
I just had a glass of water with Goji Berri Green SuperFood powder. I'm writing more about this awesome supplement and 3 other supplements that can help your body lose weight or maintain your weight next week.
I mixed the green superfood powder with yogurt berries and chocolate whey protein powder and it was really great.

My carb lovers meals yesterday were small but I'm taking a lot of supplements right now to help my body deal with allergies so I was soooo full that it was hard to practice yoga (my stomach felt kind of bloated from the superfood powder drink). breakfast - 2 cups coffee, 20 oz glass chia water, immune system supplement, 1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt with 1/3 banana, 10 walnuts, 1/2 scoop organic chocolate whey protein powder lunch - 1/4 cup mashed black beans, 8 organic blue corn tortilla chips, 2 pieces raw cauliflower, 2 tbsp hummus, 8 oz glass water with Goji Berri Green SuperFood powder and emergen-C, plus a multi-vitamin snack - 1/2 apple dinner - 3 oz spinach and feta stuffed salmon, 1/2 cup rainbow chard and broccoli, 1 fake beer, 20 oz water, wellness supplement My workout yesterday was 60 min. yoga and 4 1/2 mile walk. Check out a short portion of my Yoga Practice on youtube. This part was pretty advanced so not for beginners. My respiratory allergies finally seem to be getting better. I think it's the goji berry superfoods powder since that is the one new thing I recently added. Dr. Mercola recommends increasing your digestive enzymes if you're having trouble detoxing from pollen or other environmental allergens. He your gut is the key to a stronger immune system.

Made a green superfood shake for breakfast today that was really good:
8 oz water 1 scoop green superfood (creamsicle flavor) 1 packet super orange emergen-C 1/2 banana plus 4 cups coffee
lunch: 3 oz feta and spinach stuffed salmon and handful raw organic kale stuffed into medium tortilla
snack: 20 oz chia water and 1/2 banana
dinner: We're eating out to celebrate last day of school so could be burgers, pizza or red lobster (not sure). Portion will be very small and no alcohol.
Going on vacation next week so weighed myself to keep my workout and healthy eating motivation high. Maintaining at 117 lb, bodyfat looks around 20%, waist is 26.5" now, hips still 36" (woohoo). I have not been intermittent fasting the past few weeks just doing better with portions, sugar, and alcohol. Hoping not to screw it up when we are away.

Today has been a good day too. I've had:
meal 1 - 1 slice 12 grain, 1 tbsp pb, 1/3 banana, a few blueberries, 2 cups coffee
snack - 8 oz water, 1 scoop acai greens superfood, 1 packet orange emergen-C, 2 cups coffee
meal 2 - small bowl of spinach, tomato, mushroom, carrot, avocado, cucumber salad, 1/4 cup broccoli wasabi coleslaw, 3 oz tuna w/1/2 tbsp mayo, 2 jalapenos, 1 cup blue corn chips w/hummus, 16 oz water

workout today was 30 min. full body fatloss workout and later I'm going for a 4 mile walk and doing 20 min. of stretching
Will be posting meals and workouts all week to get back on track after being on vacation for a week. We hiked 30 miles and walked an additional 15 miles last week so my weight is the same as before I left but I feel kind of weak from no strength training and tight from no yoga.
