You can go for Water Aerobics .Water aerobics is great way of reducing belly fat weight. It is simple but it helps a lot in losing weight. This kind of exercise lets you to face resistance in each movement of motion. Along with balanced diet, right exercises, you must also drink plenty of water. Drinking water provides energy to your body, and as a result of which you can perform more exercises. Drinking water and exercising is good for detoxifying the body and you will achieve a healthy weight. Once you start exercising, you should note down the weight and measurements of your body from time to time. In other words you should be monitoring yourself.

Belly fat is hard to get rid of by exercising alone. It's very stubborn and requires a combination of diet and eating the right fats, plus exercise. Some supplements help too. I've used CLA which worked well in combination with a good diet and recently my husband started using Safslim, which we saw on Dr. Oz's show. It's been working for him.

I like yoga, which focuses on working the core muscles and that helps too.

I agree that supplements help too. My supplements of choice for flat toned abs are: chia seeds, multi-vitamin with greens and wellness supplement to help my body handle stress which is a major reason people store fat in the belly area. I also use organic whey protein powder and coconut fat.

A clean diet, daily workouts, plus a few supplements and the right type of ab workout can flatten your abs in 4-8 weeks! Check out my Corset Training Core Ab Workout if you need a good ab workout. This workout trains your natural corset muscles (the transversus abdominis) for flat abs, a smaller waist, plus it burns belly fat too.

Ideally, diet and exercise are the main components to losing belly fat. However, the type of exercise and diet are essential. Luckily, your friend isn't using pills. You don't want to hurt your body in that way. Instead, change her eating habits to one with more fruits, vegetables, meat, and complex carbs.

It even has recipes that she can try out! As for the exercise, activities that work the whole body or that requires balance would engage the core and tighten it. So try those out! Good luck to you guys on your body-shaping journey!
