Sushi chefs are getting so inventive these days with original sushi creations! Do you have a favorite?

My favorites include maguro (raw tuna), masago (orange smelt eggs), saba (marinated mackerel), and I suppose there is the non-traditional "crunchy tempura roll" too! But I love so many other varieties like tako (octopus) and futomaki.

I LOVE sushi! Yumm... so healthy and easy to get, i love tuna ones and salmon ones!

I was just thinking about Sushi...or the taste of the pickled ginger that you eat with the sushi. I don't know why but thought I'd come over and say hi. LOL

I love trying all sorts of varieties. It's part of the fun for me. I suppose if I have a go-to it's sashimi - just the fish, no other flavors. That way I can really savor the fish. Tuna, yellowtail, and salmon are my three top.
