Sushi chefs are getting so inventive these days with original sushi creations! Do you have a favorite?

My favorites include maguro (raw tuna), masago (orange smelt eggs), saba (marinated mackerel), and I suppose there is the non-traditional "crunchy tempura roll" too! But I love so many other varieties like tako (octopus) and futomaki.
