Trans fat is a silent killer, they are mostly lurking underneath some of the "good tasting" junk foods, or maybe fastfoods. this shortens your life but having no fat in the body is bad too, so take it moderately like eating burgers once a month.

Avoid fast food because that contains lot of oil..Dairy products are also responsible for increase in fat..So please avoid this..

Foods to avoid - oil, chips, wafers, excess of chocolates. Eat light meals like salads, juices and have small meals 3-4 times a day.

Reduce junk and fast food from your life. also stuck off soft drinks such like cock Pepsi etc because i glass of any soft drink contains 200 calories in it.. use simple food for reduce the fat.

You must avoid fatty, spicy and oily food. Go for green veggies, light food and do regular exercise.
