I have a cough that won't go away. What would you recommend? I took all of the medicines in the world and tried many natural remedies.

Natural remedies work for many. For a persistant cough I would definitely check with a doctor.

Hi BB,

I use a lot of cayenne pepper. I drink it like a tea with lemon and honey or maple syrup, and I add it to my food. Helps a lot with my knee when its paining.

Depends what kind of cough you have Dina, whether you need to expel phlegm from your chest or if it is just a tickly cough from sinus problems or an allergy. Apple cider vinegar and honey in hot water helps me when I get chest problems. But like BB said if it is persistent see your Doctor.
