Since I've been posting my post workout smoothies I thought it would be fun to post some of my eat clean meals that I eat before or after workouts.
Today's clean meal: Orzo chicken salad
1/4 cup cooked orzo
1/2 cup chopped organic greens (spinach, kale, mustard, turnip, and collard greens
chopped carrot
1/3 grilled organic chicken breast chopped
chopped ginger, parsley, onion (as much as you like)
splash of lime juice
1 teaspoon full fat mayo
1 teaspoon spicy mustard
This is a great high carb meal you can eat after a workout or the day before a high intensity workout.
