i think a oily contain food we should avoid and always take protein contain diet like eggs access of milk can also lead to increase in weight ....

To reduce body fat one should avoid taking junk food and oily food take more juice, water and low fat food like boiled vegetables, sprouted beans etc.

i agree definitely steer clear of junk foods and fast foods, they always add un-neccassary salt and sugar to things... even if u dont think it has it... for example did you know a mcdonalds large thickshake has more salt in it then a large fries from there...

whilst we always we know it has sugar in it, we often arent aware of the amount of salt thats put in things to make you crave it more!

so beware!

You can have low carbs food rich in fibres and vitamins. take more fruits and fruit juice with lot of water.

Avoid sweet and salty foods. I eat fiber rich food and for dinner I only have vegetable salad.

I think there is no necessary food to avoid. Diet doesn't mean avoid eating moreover it is the balance intake of nutrients to have a healthy body. Proteins, Carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals are all need by our body. Right amount of them is what you can do to have a healthy body. You can eat meat, fish, fruits, rice, bread, vegetables in the right amount. by that I think you can have a healthy and strong body..=)

The main cause of increase in fat is because of habit of eating food throughout the day or because of eating more oily and junk food. Try avoid eating oily food and take a balance diet. Drink plenty of water and also do little exercise daily. These will sure helps in losing or reducing fat.
