I think there is no necessary food to avoid. Diet doesn't mean avoid eating moreover it is the balance intake of nutrients to have a healthy body. Proteins, Carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals are all need by our body. Right amount of them is what you can do to have a healthy body. You can eat meat, fish, fruits, rice, bread, vegetables in the right amount. by that I think you can have a healthy and strong body..=)
