Sag Paneer and Chicken Ticka Masala...I am very afraid of trying to make Indian food, as it requires so many different ingredients than I am used to, although I live in an area where I could get good ingredients I know (southern California)...

Hi Lisa, Indian food may look complex & intimidating but it's a lot easier than you think. Start with some easy recipes like kebabs, salads, dals, rice... Green Beans Bhaji Recipe Dali Thoi Zucchini Pancakes Spicy Lentil Salad Hope these help, happy cooking & happy eating!
