I am just back from a ten day walking holiday with my friend Aimee in Provence France.Provence was full of the joys of spring, brilliant sunshine, flowers blooming and the vines just donning their pale green bonnets of leaves. It was good to be alive!
Share your recent walking trips with us,so we can all enjoy it a little.

Can't believe nobody has taken any walking trips recently. I'd love to know where you have been.

Of course it does Monica - tell me all about it.What kind of landscape, weather etc in Denver - don't know a lot about USA and its beauty spots. I spent a month in Oregon two years ago.

I have had a lovely five days on the Pembrokeshire Coast in Wales. It is the second longest coastal path in the world almost 190 miles. The wild flowers were magnificent sea thrift, bluebells , ox eye daisies and many more. The weather was mixed three beautiful days and two wet. windy days but nobody cared. We were there to walk not whinge.

That path sounds beautiful. As soon as we are finished uploading all our pics to our google maps I'll post some links so you can see where we went.

We hiked close to 40 miles in 5 days and had 2 more days of sightseeing that involved more walking. It was great fun. We got to hike in Boulder, Denver, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Colorado Springs.

Last year we did the same in Oregon and Washington. The year before that we walked and hiked in Maui. I love hiking vacations!
