Caring properly for your body can involve a number of products and lotions. It's important to care for yourself well - and at the same time care for the environment around you!

What are some ideas for caring for your body in a green way?

Hi,
Thanks for the post. Using natural products most have around the home (olive oil for moisturizing) for Body Care is one great way to go green. And don't forget to recycle those containers.

I have a commitment personally to never use cosmetic products tested on animals. So i can't shop at the drug stores unless there is a 'green aisle' that sells products like Jason or Kiss My Face.

Sephora is a good choice to shop - none of the lines they carry do animal testing.

Clinique, Aveda, Lush and Origins - all good. The Body Shop...not so sure any more, since L'Oreal bought them.

God has blessed each one of us with some sort of natural beauty. Even though, lots of beauty products are available in the market, despite all these beauty products, natural beauty is always considered to be the well-being of soul. I would suggest that water is one of the best methods to take good body care since it is a natural flusher and can flush out all the unwanted materials and toxins from the body. Will be back soon........ Cheers Rwbecca.Franks www.trubalance.net
