Lost eyesight

What does it mean when you lose your eyesight in the dream? It just showed the person all of a sudden with no eyes anymore, this person is very close to me.

Someone is not "seeing" the facts clearly. Someone is Blind to the Truth. It could be you or the person close to you.

It is either a Denial or someone is Oblivious.

In my dream she turned around and it showed her with black eye sockets, i was afraid she would become blind in real life.

Another way of saying it might be...the person "has no vision" or can't see any future in it...or is very depressed...as in "there is no hope"

Oh! Well i asked the receptionist and she said if i wear my glasses and eat stuff that's good for my eyes my vision might recover.
