Last time I read a thread in a wedding forum that there was a couple living together for 16 years and got married for 2 years. Now they have two kids a 18 year and 12 years. Now they can never get two kids. It is clear that they have intercourse many times earlier than marriage. In this way, why peoples get marry. Means for what benefits they get marriage license? I am posting this thread because I do not know such a society so much.

Many of the benefits from a mariage license are legal. They and their children are now legally considered to be a family, and as such they may represent each other in case of medical emergencies where before the wedding they might not even be able to visit each other in the hospital. The marriage license also clears up many legal questions about inheritance, and I think it was probably their children's status that prompted them to finally "make it legal"

Oh yes, I was also thinking about the same, but there are lot of population in US, are production of night clubs. And the do not know their parents or know any of one. What may be there the legal issues for them?

I'm not sure what you mean, Assad, by "productions of night clubs". Do you mean homeless, parentless children? I don't know of any street children here, living on their own with nobody to care for them. We have a system of social services to care for any children who have no parents or families. They are put into foster homes where they are raised with a family. These children are "wards of the state" until they reach 18 years of age when they become legal adults.

It will depend on what the lie was about. If the truth would have resulted in no license being issued, it would not be a legal marriage. If it is something such as the wrong age, but still old enough to get married.
If you live in the USA, all you have to do is go to the local courthouse and sign the marriage license with a witness.
