I still haven't given that a real try. I will work on that!

My morning yoga today was lovely! No ants, no bugs! Hurrah!

I was just wondering if anyone has tried any YogaEarth products? I do yoga regularly and I was looking for something to enhance my yoga experience when I came across their webpage. If anyone has tried it please let me know what you thought about it and if anyone is willing to try it with me, that would be amazing also. YogaEarth

Hi beachmom27,

I have been taking protiotics for about 18mos. now, but I use another brand I am very happy with. It's the Dr. Ohhira Essential Formula. You can find it in lots of places on the web. I wouldn't say it enhances my Yoga experience per se, but it does help your body process nutrients more efficiently, and it can help normalize hormone levels. So in that way, yes, it does help very much! Good luck with this product, and let us know if you try it and if you're happy with it.

Welcome YogaLover!

I haven't done yoga in a while, my poison ivy is just driving me crazy. It's finally calmed down enough that I was able to do a half hour this morning, in my kitchen because it was damp out. I have lost some stretchiness but I'm glad to be starting up again!
