I remember my own difficult teen years, struggling to be a ballet dancer, struggling to do what was right. It's those memories that spurred me on to write a how-to book to ease those years of transition into adulthood.

Thank you Cathi, that's a good question and I feel so good that my son told me that the spiritual techniques I taught him growing up give him underlying support now. To me, it makes it all worth it!
