Sarah Michelle Gellar has already had a child since this was printed so scratch her off. For Beyonce I think it's just a matter of time since she's never said she didn't want kids (as far as I know). They could add Cameron Diaz to the list though. Shes spoken openly about it.

I love Helen Mirren and Charlotte Rampling, because they are past their child bearing age, they are very cool, look great and have not regrets.
And for Hispanics out there, you may know Maribel Verd� (y tu mam� tambi�n, for example) 40 years and openly child-free.

Patrick swayze and his wife were childfree too.

Barbra Streisand has a son, Cream Pie. And Dolly Parton raised a number of her siblings and the son of a family friend, I believe. She didn't have biological children, but she certainly raised children.

Barbra had a son when she was married to Elliot Gould. His name is Jason Gould. He was an actor for a while. I think he played her son in Price of Tides.

I know this is an old post but I just wanted to say I was shocked when I found out that Ginger Rogers never had kids. Same thing for Ava Gardner. I mean, back in the 40's and 50's, for sure it was a "normal" and "typical" thing to have children, maybe even expected, yet they didn't. I have ordered their autobiographies and can't wait to read about their lives!
