Lack of money!
Frustrations when things don't work properly - like computers....aargh!
Not understanding something, like instructions on how to get your computer working again....

Ros, i am with you on the computers. I have very limited patience on figuring computer things out. It's something I just try to accept in myself, since that is just not how my mind works. I know there are other ways my mind works well, so i can't complain too much.
My number one is lack sleep.
Then home related stressors.
I used a positive thinking technique to get through it though. I've been trying it for 2 years now. Seems to be working fine for me. ^^

When someone do not give any importance to my discussions and whenever attend public gatherings, i feel stressed.

Feeling stressed in public is a common concern. I get that way too - I feel like I cannot go outside and deal with people. On those days i tend to hibernate - I stay in. Since i work at home, i am lucky to be able to mostly do that.
I think seeing people or animals being treated disrespectfully is a big stress trigger for me. I have a core belief that everyone should be seen, value, and heard.
My parents are the main trigger. Also there's people, I am very shy so the more people around the more stressed I get. And when I cannot do my morning and night routine or I am bothered in any way while I am doing it, it screws up my days.
