If we practice shifting our attention to things that are happy, a lot will change for the better. But it takes practice. So I'll start off this thread by saying I'm happy the sun came out today!

Hi Allan, I've just had a slice of cake made with variety of
vegetables! You wouldn't believe that it consisted of turnips, swede, carrots, etc. Happiness is a great 'taste'! (JOY)
